The In-Between is an original figurative sculpture that was part of a bigger project called UTOPIA . Utopia is a sculptural exploration of the paradox within the human pursuit of an ideal world. un becoming represents the culmination of the transformation. The human figure has moved far beyond its natural proportions, becoming visibly altered by the pursuit of an impossible ideal. What began as aspiration has gradually developed into internal corruption and physical deviation. The work does not present deformation as a single physical defect, but as the accumulated consequence of trying to embody something fundamentally unattainable. The figure becomes a reminder that an ideal designed to eliminate imperfection may ultimately destroy the very human qualities it seeks to perfect. Within the series, un becoming is the final stage: the ideal is no longer something the human pursues — it has become something that has reshaped the human.
